dc.description.abstractU 2020. godini organska biljna proizvodnja u Srbiji odvijala se na površini od 20.970,75 ha. U organskoj proizvodnji žita koja zauzima drugu poziciju, značajne površine zauzima i organski ovas, čija je ukupna proizvodnja u 2020. godini iznosila 306,66 ha. Ovas je od davnina važna kultura za ishranu ljudi i stoke. Cilj ovog rada bio je da prikaže kretanje površina pod organskom proizvodnjom ovsa i regionalnu distribuciju u periodu 2011-2020. godine. U istraživanju su korišćene sledeće metode: analiza sadržaja, uporedne analize i analize baznih i lančanih indeksa. Najveća proizvodnja ovsa zabeležena je u regionu Vojvodine (169,76 ha). Na drugoj poziciji nalazi se region Južne i Istočne Srbije sa površinom od 67,17 ha, a zatim sledi region Šumadije i Zapadne Srbije sa 51,31 ha. S obzirom da Srbija ima izuzetno povoljne prirodne uslove za proizvodnju ovsa, evidentno je da se prirodni potencijali nedovoljno koriste.sr
dc.description.abstractIn 2020, the total area under organic production in Serbia was 20,970.75 ha. In organic grain production, which occupies the second place, significant areas are occupied by organic oats, whose total production in 2020 was 306.66 ha. Since ancient times oat has been an important crop for human and livestock consumption. The aim of this study was to show the range of areas under organic production of oats in Serbia and to show the regional distribution for the period 2011- 2020. The following methods were used in the study: content analysis, comparative analyses and analyses of base and chain indices. The largest production of oats was recorded in the region of Vojvodina (169.76 ha). In the second place is the region of Southern and Eastern Serbia with 67.17 ha, followed by the region of Šumadija and Western Serbia with 51.31 ha in total. Considering that Serbia has exceptionally favourable natural conditions for oats production, it is evident that natural potentials are not used enough.sr
